libgl2ps-dev software package provides Lib providing high quality vector output for OpenGL application, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgl2ps-dev
libgl2ps-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgl2ps-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgl2ps-dev *
You will get with libgl2ps-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
