libgl1-mesa-swx11 software package provides free implementation of the OpenGL API -- runtime, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgl1-mesa-swx11
libgl1-mesa-swx11 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgl1-mesa-swx11 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgl1-mesa-swx11 *
You will get with libgl1-mesa-swx11 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
