You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-xcb-types-prof-0.7.0-d7 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-xcb-types-prof-0.7.0-d7

Uninstall libghc-xcb-types-prof-0.7.0-d7 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-xcb-types-prof-0.7.0-d7 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-xcb-types-prof-0.7.0-d7
Use Purging libghc-xcb-types-prof-0.7.0-d7

If you use with purge options to libghc-xcb-types-prof-0.7.0-d7 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.
