You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-wizards-dev-1.0.1-73647 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-wizards-dev-1.0.1-73647

Uninstall libghc-wizards-dev-1.0.1-73647 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-wizards-dev-1.0.1-73647 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-wizards-dev-1.0.1-73647
Use Purging libghc-wizards-dev-1.0.1-73647

If you use with purge options to libghc-wizards-dev-1.0.1-73647 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.
