You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-vte-dev-0.12.1-0fb8b package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-vte-dev-0.12.1-0fb8b

Uninstall libghc-vte-dev-0.12.1-0fb8b including dependent package
