libghc-vector-th-unbox-dev software package provides Deriver for Data.Vector.Unboxed using Template Haskell, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-vector-th-unbox-dev
libghc-vector-th-unbox-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-vector-th-unbox-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-vector-th-unbox-dev *
