You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-uulib-dev-0.9.15-29f3a package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-uulib-dev-0.9.15-29f3a

Uninstall libghc-uulib-dev-0.9.15-29f3a including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-uulib-dev-0.9.15-29f3a and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-uulib-dev-0.9.15-29f3a
Use Purging libghc-uulib-dev-0.9.15-29f3a
