libghc-utility-ht-dev software package provides Small helper functions for Lists, Maybes, Tuples and Functions, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-utility-ht-dev
libghc-utility-ht-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-utility-ht-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-utility-ht-dev *
