You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-trifecta-dev-1.4.3-a905 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-trifecta-dev-1.4.3-a905

Uninstall libghc-trifecta-dev-1.4.3-a905 including dependent package
