How to uninstall or remove libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff

Uninstall libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff

Use Purging libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff

If you use with purge options to libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-rsa-dev-1.2.2.0-2d9ff
