libghc-resourcet-dev software package provides deterministic allocation and freeing of scarce resources, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-resourcet-dev
libghc-resourcet-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-resourcet-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-resourcet-dev *
You will get with libghc-resourcet-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
