How to uninstall or remove libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47

Uninstall libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47

Use Purging libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47

If you use with purge options to libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-pcap-dev-0.4.5.2-46f47

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
