libghc-openglraw-dev software package provides Raw binding for the OpenGL graphics system, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-openglraw-dev
libghc-openglraw-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-openglraw-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-openglraw-dev *
You will get with libghc-openglraw-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
