How to uninstall or remove libghc-markdown-dev-0.1.8-f472 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-markdown-dev-0.1.8-f472 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

Uninstall libghc-markdown-dev-0.1.8-f472 including dependent package

Use Purging libghc-markdown-dev-0.1.8-f472

If you use with purge options to libghc-markdown-dev-0.1.8-f472 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-markdown-dev-0.1.8-f472

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-markdown-dev-0.1.8-f472
