How to uninstall or remove libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14

Uninstall libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14

Use Purging libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14

If you use with purge options to libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-language-c-dev-0.4.2-14
