libghc-hspec-dev software package provides behavior-driven development for Haskell, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-hspec-dev
libghc-hspec-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-hspec-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-hspec-dev *
You will get with libghc-hspec-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
