How to uninstall or remove libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb

Uninstall libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb

Use Purging libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb

If you use with purge options to libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-hslogger-prof-1.2.1-8bb
