How to uninstall or remove libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad

Uninstall libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad

Use Purging libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad

If you use with purge options to libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-hs-bibutils-dev-4.12-ad
