You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-haddock-dev-2.13.1-6b79 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-haddock-dev-2.13.1-6b79

Uninstall libghc-haddock-dev-2.13.1-6b79 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-haddock-dev-2.13.1-6b79 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,
