You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-dyre-dev-0.8.11-d2afa package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-dyre-dev-0.8.11-d2afa

Uninstall libghc-dyre-dev-0.8.11-d2afa including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-dyre-dev-0.8.11-d2afa and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-dyre-dev-0.8.11-d2afa
Use Purging libghc-dyre-dev-0.8.11-d2afa
