How to uninstall or remove libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee

Uninstall libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee including dependent package

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee

Use Purging libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee

If you use with purge options to libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libghc-curl-prof-1.3.8-bcaee
