You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-cpu-dev-0.1.2-46f74 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-cpu-dev-0.1.2-46f74

Uninstall libghc-cpu-dev-0.1.2-46f74 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-cpu-dev-0.1.2-46f74 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-cpu-dev-0.1.2-46f74
