You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-cprng-aes-dev-0.5.2-6e1 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-cprng-aes-dev-0.5.2-6e1

Uninstall libghc-cprng-aes-dev-0.5.2-6e1 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-cprng-aes-dev-0.5.2-6e1 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-cprng-aes-dev-0.5.2-6e1
