You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-clocked-dev-0.4.1.2-06b package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-clocked-dev-0.4.1.2-06b

Uninstall libghc-clocked-dev-0.4.1.2-06b including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-clocked-dev-0.4.1.2-06b and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-clocked-dev-0.4.1.2-06b
Use Purging libghc-clocked-dev-0.4.1.2-06b
