libghc-chunked-data-dev software package provides typeclasses for dealing with various chunked data representations, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-chunked-data-dev
libghc-chunked-data-dev is installed in your system.
