How to uninstall or remove libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42 software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42 package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42

Uninstall libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42 including dependent package

If you would like to remove libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42 and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42

Use Purging libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42

If you use with purge options to libghc-cgi-prof-3001.1.8.5-a42 package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.
