libghc-cabal-file-th-prof software package provides TH expressions for reading fields from a projects cabal file; profiling libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-cabal-file-th-prof
