libghc-cabal-doc software package provides Framework for packaging Haskell software; documentation, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-cabal-doc
libghc-cabal-doc is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-cabal-doc package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-cabal-doc *
You will get with libghc-cabal-doc package name, version, architecture and description in a table
