libghc-bytestring-progress-dev software package provides A library for tracking the consumption of a lazy ByteString, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-bytestring-progress-dev
libghc-bytestring-progress-dev is installed in your system.
