libgfs-1.3-2 software package provides Fluid Flow Solver -- shared libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgfs-1.3-2
libgfs-1.3-2 is installed in your system.
