libgecode-dev software package provides generic constraint development environment, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgecode-dev
libgecode-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgecode-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgecode-dev *
You will get with libgecode-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
