You can uninstall or removes an installed libgeant321-2-gfortran package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

Uninstall libgeant321-2-gfortran including dependent package

If you would like to remove libgeant321-2-gfortran and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libgeant321-2-gfortran 
Use Purging libgeant321-2-gfortran

If you use with purge options to libgeant321-2-gfortran package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.
