libgdata-common software package provides Library for accessing GData webservices - common data files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgdata-common
libgdata-common is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgdata-common package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgdata-common *
You will get with libgdata-common package name, version, architecture and description in a table
