libgda-5.0-mysql software package provides MySQL provider for libgda database abstraction library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgda-5.0-mysql
libgda-5.0-mysql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgda-5.0-mysql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgda-5.0-mysql *
You will get with libgda-5.0-mysql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
