libgd-svg-perl software package provides Seamlessly enable SVG output from scripts written using GD, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgd-svg-perl
libgd-svg-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgd-svg-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgd-svg-perl *
You will get with libgd-svg-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
