libgcj14 software package provides Java runtime library for use with gcj, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcj14
libgcj14 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcj14 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcj14 *
You will get with libgcj14 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
