libgcc1-dbg-armhf software package provides virtual package provided by libgcc1-dbg, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcc1-dbg-armhf
libgcc1-dbg-armhf is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcc1-dbg-armhf package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcc1-dbg-armhf*
