libgcc1-armel software package provides virtual package provided by libgcc1, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgcc1-armel
libgcc1-armel is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgcc1-armel package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgcc1-armel*
You will get with libgcc1-armel package name, version, architecture and description in a table
