libgammu-i18n software package provides mobile phone management library (i18n files), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgammu-i18n
libgammu-i18n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgammu-i18n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgammu-i18n *
You will get with libgammu-i18n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
