libgail-dev software package provides GNOME Accessibility Implementation Library -- development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libgail-dev
libgail-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libgail-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libgail-dev *
You will get with libgail-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
