libfuzzy-dev software package provides Recursive piecewise hashing tool (development headers), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfuzzy-dev
libfuzzy-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfuzzy-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfuzzy-dev *
You will get with libfuzzy-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
