libfurl-perl software package provides lightning-fast URL fetcher, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfurl-perl
libfurl-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfurl-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfurl-perl *
You will get with libfurl-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
