libftgl-dev software package provides development files for libftgl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libftgl-dev
libftgl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libftgl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libftgl-dev *
You will get with libftgl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
