libfsplib0 software package provides FSP v2 protocol stack library - shared library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfsplib0
libfsplib0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfsplib0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfsplib0 *
You will get with libfsplib0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
