How to uninstall or remove libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db software package from Debian 8 (Jessie)

You can uninstall or removes an installed libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db package itself from Debian 8 (Jessie) through the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get remove libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db

Uninstall libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db including dependent package

If you would like to remove libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db and it's dependent packages which are no longer needed from Ubuntu,

$ sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db
Use Purging libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db

If you use with purge options to libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db package all the configuration and dependent packages will be removed.

$ sudo apt-get purge libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db

If you use purge options along with auto remove, will be removed everything regarding the package, It's really useful when you want to reinstall again.

$ sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove libfreerdp-plugins-standard-db
