libfreehep-graphicsio-emf-java software package provides FreeHEP Enhanced Metafile Format Driver, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfreehep-graphicsio-emf-java
