libfixbuf3-dev software package provides Implementation of the IPFIX protocol - development headers, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfixbuf3-dev
libfixbuf3-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfixbuf3-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfixbuf3-dev *
You will get with libfixbuf3-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
