libfinance-quote-perl software package provides Perl module for retrieving stock quotes from a variety of sources, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfinance-quote-perl
libfinance-quote-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfinance-quote-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfinance-quote-perl *
You will get with libfinance-quote-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
