libfile-temp-perl software package provides virtual package provided by perl-base, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfile-temp-perl
libfile-temp-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfile-temp-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfile-temp-perl*
You will get with libfile-temp-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
