libfile-flat-perl software package provides flat filesystem module for perl, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfile-flat-perl
libfile-flat-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfile-flat-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfile-flat-perl *
You will get with libfile-flat-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
